Youth International Conclave organized the Pakistan’s Largest & one of the Asia’s Largest Hybrid Leadership & Entrepreneurship with the title of “YIC Leadership & Entrepreneurship Summit”. Youth International Conclave recognizes the need for collaboration between entrepreneurs and Information Technology experts. There is a limit to what entrepreneurs can achieve alone. Realizing that leadership in entrepreneurship have a role to play in promoting innovation and technology, all stakeholders in both the business and information technology sectors will need to collaborate so that the relationship can be synergized.
As the world becomes globalized and digitalized, the relationship between entrepreneurship, leadership and innovation and technology cannot be overemphasized. Good communication is necessary to allow efficient flow of information in a business. Technology provides multiple channels for businesses to communicate both internally and externally. Whether it’s setting up virtual workspaces where employees can interact and develop ideas, or connecting to international businesses through the use of video conferencing, technology can be used as an outlet which allows businesses to collect feedback from their customers, which can used to improve or alter a product to suit the needs of the customers better.
Physically this summit was organized in Peshawar with having 630 attendees from across Pakistan. For Virtual edition 500 participants was selected to attend this summit out of 4000 + Applications. Youth International Conclave is an Organization currently working in 31 Countries founded by Engineer Umar Farooq Gul back in 2019 for the purpose to connect youth from all over the World & provide them Opportunities by giving the trainings & by organizing different summit / conferences for them so that they can develop their Entrepreneurship, Leadership & Digital skills.
YIC is an organization committed to youth development programs. Established with the aim of bringing potential youths across the globe for them to connect with each other in various fields such as cultural, technical, education, learning platform, and business. YIC’s effort is to organize various programs and generate opportunities for youths to fulfill the needs of today’s society and birth tomorrow’s leaders. Moreover, in implementing the vision of “Bridging Youth Leadership across the World”, YIC believes that every person deserves the opportunity to learn new things and generate the potential that is hidden in them.
On the leadership section, Youth International Conclave, edges with and without intellectual disabilities, one have to reins on initiatives and programming at the local and state levels, inevitably changing the way those initiatives and programs look, every Youth must involved in decision making at the grassroots level to enable the younger generation of leaders pave way for the new societal ‘norms,’. Also the forum provided an opportunity for young leaders to develop the soft skills that can make them successful leaders in their future.
Youth International Conclave believes Youth leadership is powerful, and it’s our responsibility to find avenues for every student to develop as a leader. When we further engage in an intergenerational way, the benefits are compounded for students, adults, and the school community.
On the entrepreneur sector, YIC educated individuals the prospect of work. And also edges them to always have a strong drive to succeed and overcome obstacles. They should not only set big goals for themselves but also see that they are actually committed to achieving them regardless of the countless setbacks that occur. “A successful entrepreneur always has a strong sense of self-confidence and a healthy opinion of their skills and abilities. Their personality is assertive and strong. They are always focused and do not really dilly dally with the issues at hand. This is what makes them different from the rest.”
On 29th October, a virtual version of YIC Leadership & Entrepreneurship Summit was organized to enable participants who had interest but wouldn’t took part in the live event.
